eTDT – Integrated Digital Services Platform for the Transport Technical Supervision Authority

The latest FERC calls for proposals mark a very busy period for us. This time, as part of our contract with the Transport Technical Supervision Authority, we prepared the application documentation for Call 2.1: High Availability and Quality of Public E-Services. The “eTDT – Integrated Digital Services Platform for Technical Transport Supervision” project is a very important undertaking, as our client has never before carried out such a large-scale initiative using EU funds. That is why we made every effort not only to fulfill the terms of the contract but also to familiarize the TDT team with the specifics of externally funded projects and their most important principles.

The initial phase of the collaboration involved consulting with and supporting TDT on business and system analyses of the scope of e-services planned for inclusion in the project, as well as developing the project’s target scope. Subsequent activities focused on preparing a grant application in the LSI system and:

  • a project feasibility study, including a demand analysis and a cost-benefit analysis,
  • a financial and economic analysis,
  • a promotional plan,
  • other attachments specified in the call for proposals.

The final scope of the project includes the development and launch of the eTDT Integrated Digital Services Platform, which will provide access to nineteen public e-services for citizens, businesses, and institutions collaborating with TDT. The planned solution will enable, among other things, the electronic submission of applications and attachments, making payments, monitoring the status of cases, receiving decisions and minutes, and accessing the history of ongoing proceedings. The project also involves the implementation of the TDT ERP system, integration with line-of-business systems, the PUW Electronic Document Management System (EZD), public registries, and horizontal administrative services, including login.gov.pl and e-Delivery. The project also includes plans to expand the ICT infrastructure, implement cybersecurity measures, migrate and organize data, and conduct functional, performance, security, availability, and usability tests, as well as develop a new TDT website.

Working on the documentation gave us the opportunity to combine our expert knowledge with the practical support of the TDT team. We hope that the scope we developed and the complete application documentation will contribute to successfully securing funding and implementing the project, which will significantly improve the accessibility and quality of the services provided by TDT.
