Modern educational institutions

The Toruń Shared Services Center is implementing a project as part of initiatives co-financed by the European Funds for Kujawy and Pomerania 2021–2027 program, and our team is preparing and conducting procurement procedures for the purchase and equipping of Toruń’s kindergartens and educational institutions with electronic, computer, and IT equipment. The goal of the project is to provide educational institutions with modern technological infrastructure that meets the current needs of schools and preschools and supports the development of digital skills among children, students, and teaching staff.

Our scope of services includes comprehensive expert support at several key stages. We provide consulting services for the preparation of tender documentation, including the drafting of the scope of work, the definition of technical, quality, and functional requirements for the equipment, as well as the development of criteria for selecting the most advantageous bid. As part of the project, we also assist the Contracting Authority in estimating the contract value, conducting market analysis, and ensuring that the documentation complies with public procurement law and the rules governing the eligibility of expenditures. Our tasks will also include, among other things, participating in the work of the bid evaluation committee as an expert, assessing the compliance of submitted bids with the requirements specified in the documentation, and preparing expert opinions regarding the technical and quality parameters of the equipment being offered. We will participate in verifying that the delivered equipment complies with the tender documentation and the terms of the contract, including checking technical specifications, the completeness of documentation, warranties, certificates, and workmanship quality. This approach helps mitigate project risks and ensures that the purchased equipment will meet the requirements of Toruń’s educational institutions.
