Multi-channel platform for serving foreign nationals
We are launching another project in the area of public service digitization. This time, we are supporting the Headquarters of the Voluntary Labor Corps (OHP) in implementing the “Working and Living in Poland” initiative, which involves building a multi-channel platform for serving foreign nationals. As part of the project, a modern ICT solution will be developed to support multi-channel and multilingual user service.
The scope of our involvement includes comprehensive support at several key stages of the project. We are responsible for analyzing existing solutions, preparing business and technical specifications for the new system, and developing the documentation necessary for subsequent implementation activities. In the next phase of the project, we will also support the OHP Headquarters in overseeing the development, testing, and launch of individual platform components.

This project is of particular importance because its goal is to create tools that will improve the accessibility and quality of services for foreign nationals, while also streamlining and optimizing institutional processes. The project involves building a cohesive environment that includes both system solutions and a website, which will enable more effective communication and better alignment of services with user needs.
As part of the project, we are responsible not only for the analytical and documentation aspects but also for providing expert support in preparing and conducting procedures, as well as overseeing implementation. This approach allows us to combine advisory, technological, and design expertise, which we believe is one of the key conditions for the successful implementation of complex IT projects in the public sector.
We are pleased to be part of this initiative. This is yet another project in which we combine our expertise in analysis, documentation preparation, and supervision of the implementation of digital solutions.
