Anna Łacińska-Kruczek
President of the Management Board
She has been advising in the area of IT and ICT projects since 2004, focusing primarily on financial assembly of projects with the use of external financing. For over 15 years, she has been managing teams of experts, acquiring numerous funds from the European Union for investment and infrastructure projects, in particular for the public sector. For many years, she has been cooperating with the world's largest leaders in the IT industry, supporting their sales departments in taking advantage of the opportunities offered by the European Union. At ThinkIT, she oversees the proper implementation of projects, controls the procurement of public contracts, conducts negotiations and manages finances.
Sławomir Zygadło
Vice-president of the Management Board
From the beginning of his professional career, he has been associated with the IT industry. Author and co-author of many analyses, concepts, feasibility studies and tender documentation for ICT projects planned and implemented by the public sector. In 2012-2013, he conducted the first procedures in Poland for the selection of contractors implementing teleinformation projects in the PPP formula. At ThinkIT, he manages a Team of experts conducting projects in the field of smart city solutions, e-administration, GIS, telecommunications, data processing and artificial intelligence (AI) modelling.
Adam Kruczek
Proxy and ITS Expert
A graduate of the University of Silesia, specializing in Computer Systems Design. From the beginning of his professional career, he has been associated with the IT industry as a programmer, analyst and architect. In the years 2000-2007 he was a Project Manager in key projects for the Customs Administration, later he was involved in the sale of IT solutions for the public administration sector. Since 2012, he has been specializing in projects in the ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) and Smart City solutions. On his initiative, at ThinkIT, we translated the ISO 37120 standard into Polish, which is being promoted among Polish cities in cooperation with the Polish Institute of Standardization. He is the author of the ISO 37120 pre-certification audit report for the first city in Poland that is subject to certification for compliance with this standard. With extensive knowledge and experience in project management, confirmed by Prince 2 Agile® Certificate, at ThinkIT he has been leading projects in the field of widely understood Contract Engineering, in particular in ITS projects.
