Development of electronic public services in the Biała Podlaska MOF
We are pleased to announce the signing of a contract for the development of comprehensive preparatory documentation for the project 'Development of electronic public services in the Biała Podlaska MOF'. This project aims to develop modern e-public services, which will increase the accessibility and efficiency of activities of local government administration in the Biała Podlaska Municipal Functional Area.
The task of our company will be to develop the necessary documentation to enable an effective application for funding of the project from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) within the framework of the 'European Funds for Lubelskie 2021-2027' programme. The project is being implemented in response to the call for proposals announced as part of the 'Digital Lubelskie' action for Integrated Territorial Investments of Municipal Functional Areas.
Under the contract, we undertook to perform the following tasks:
- Development of project documentation (technical and cost-estimation) - we will prepare full documentation that will allow the implementation of the project and successful application for funding. The documentation will include technical requirements, a description of the works needed and a detailed cost estimate.
- ICT equipment availability audit - we will analyse the technological resources of the MOF member municipalities in order to identify the equipment needs necessary for the project.
- Infrastructure audit - we will assess the needs related to possible construction, installation and adaptation works that may be necessary to adapt the infrastructure of the municipal offices to the implementation of the project.
- Business process analysis - we will prepare a detailed analysis of the existing and target processes related to the provision of electronic services in the offices of the municipalities forming the MOF.
- Description of resources covered by the project - we will prepare a detailed description of the resources and IT infrastructure that will be covered by the project, taking into account the needs of the municipalities' offices.
- Justification of complementarity and interoperability - we will prepare a justification regarding the compatibility of the new and modernised e-services with already existing or planned services at the regional and national level.
- Feasibility study - we will prepare a feasibility study to assess the feasibility and effectiveness of the project.
- Financial and economic analysis - we will conduct a financial analysis of the project, assessing its profitability and potential economic benefits.
- Support in the selection of indicators - we will help to establish indicators that will measure the effects of the project, both at the implementation stage and after its completion.
- Advice on the finalization of the project - we will provide advice and assistance in determining the final shape and scope of the project so that it meets all the required evaluation criteria in the call for proposals.
