NIWA II System
In the second quarter of this year, we established cooperation with the Chamber of Fiscal Administration in Poznań to develop a description of the subject of the contract for a procedure for the selection of a contractor responsible for the construction of an advanced IT system, NIWA II, to support audit tasks carried out by the Audit Institution.
Our role in this project includes comprehensive support for the Contracting Authority at each stage of the public procurement procedure, including author's supervision both during the procedure and during the construction of the NIWA II IT system itself.
The contract will be implemented in three key stages:
Stage I: Conducting an analysis of the Employer's needs and developing the details of the OPD, which will be the basis for selecting the contractor for the NIWA II system. This document will include the functional and non-functional requirements of the system, a description of its architecture, a data migration project and a detailed analytical model.
Stage II: During this stage, as part of the author's supervision, we will provide answers and clarifications to the developed OOP, as well as update it in response to the Ordering Party's needs that may arise during the contract award procedure.
Stage III: This will include support to the Contracting Authority during the execution of the contract for the construction of the NIWA II system. Our tasks will include author supervision, support in the acceptance of individual stages of system construction and participation in acceptance tests.
We would like to thank you for the trust placed in us by the Tax Administration Chamber and look forward to the results of our cooperation, which will contribute to the development of a modern and functional NIWA II system to support the key activities of the tax administration.
