Project Engineer in the Municipality of Wizna

This year, ThinkIt is acting as Project Engineer for the task entitled “Implementation of e-services in public administration in the municipality of Wizna,” carried out as part of the European Funds for Podlasie 2021–2027 Program, Priority I – Research and innovation, Measure 1.2 Development through digitization.

The planned activities are an important step towards the digital transformation of local government administration. Their aim is to increase the accessibility of public services, improve the efficiency of the office's work, and raise the level of cybersecurity. The scope of the project includes, among others, the resident eServices platform, EZD, a social participation portal, as well as the purchase of the necessary ICT equipment to ensure the proper functioning of the entire Office.

Our tasks include comprehensive support for the Ordering Party at all stages of the project implementation, in particular:

  • consulting and preparation of Descriptions of the Subject of the Order for proceedings concerning the purchase of equipment, ICT infrastructure, and software implementation,
  • development of Terms of Reference with attachments, analysis of needs and requirements, and calculation of contract values,
  • support in identifying adequate requirements for contractors, including in terms of experience, technical potential, and implementation teams,
  • participation in tender procedures, including preparing responses to contractors' questions, support in the event of appeals, and work in tender committees,
  • analysis of project and implementation documentation, technical supervision of the delivery of goods and services, and participation in final acceptance procedures,
  • verification of acceptance documents and invoices, and completion of full project documentation,
  • ongoing, daily substantive and technical support at every stage of the project.

The implementation of such measures is crucial for local government units. Professional expert support not only allows for the efficient and secure execution of complex procurement processes, but above all for the effective implementation of digital solutions that genuinely improve the functioning of the office and enhance the quality of service provided to residents. Well-planned and supervised digitization is an investment in a modern, accessible, and resilient local government.

We are pleased to be able to support the municipality of Wizna in these important activities. We hope that thanks to effective cooperation, the project will be implemented efficiently and the planned results will be achieved as soon as possible.
