Smart Rybnik project

The ‘Smart Rybnik’ project is an undertaking that aims to improve the quality of life of Rybnik's residents through the implementation of intelligent systems and technological solutions. As part of the project, investments in modern infrastructure are planned, which will support the effective management of the city and improve the daily functioning of its residents.

On behalf of the City of Rybnik, we are developing the concept of the Smart Rybnik project, where the scope of the project includes:

• An intelligent city monitoring system, with plans to replace or purchase components of a modern city monitoring system.
• A parking system integrated with bicycle parking, which will enable efficient management of public parking spaces.
• Road lane management system - a tool that will improve the management of road infrastructure, inventory of owned resources and efficient planning of maintenance and investment.
• Open Data Portal and Public Information Bulletin update - The new portal will provide residents with access to up-to-date city data in a modern and useful form, as well as an updated Public Information Bulletin that will be integrated with the new platform.
• Expansion of e-Services for residents. The project will create new e-Services that will facilitate daily contact with city institutions and provide the convenience of dealing with official matters online.

The ‘Smart Rybnik’ project is a response to the contemporary challenges facing cities in terms of governance, safety and communication. Thanks to these solutions, Rybnik will become more friendly, accessible and modern.
