Support from the Polish-Swiss Programme

 

wpółpracaThe Polish-Swiss Urban Development Programme aims to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants of medium-sized towns in Poland, which will result in a reduction in the socio-economic disparities in our country. The budget of the programme is 327.882 million Swiss francs, including: 278.7 million - Swiss contribution, 49.182 million - national contribution.
Currently, for the Municipality of Strzelce Opolskie, we are preparing application documentation for the project planned to be submitted under this programme.
The scope of the contract includes the preparation of all analyses and documents required for the submission of the Preliminary Project Proposal, in particular the preparation of, among others:

  • analysis of the relevance and feasibility of the Project in cooperation within the framework of the national partnership;
  • diagnosis of the city's problems;
  • analysis of activities and sub-activities proposed by the Contracting Authority for specific thematic areas;
  • project indicators;
  • analysis of institutional capacity to implement the Project;
  • analysis of costs, budget;
  • fiche of activities and project implementation schedule;
  • plan of information and promotion activities and communication plan;
  • assumptions for bilateral cooperation.

Preparation of the Preliminary Project Proposal requires a comprehensive approach, taking into account both local social and economic conditions and programme requirements. These activities are aimed at the efficient use of financial resources and the achievement of assumed objectives for the development of the town of Strzelce Opolskie, including improvement of the quality of life of the inhabitants and increasing the attractiveness of the region. The application documentation will also analyze the possibilities for international cooperation, which is a key element of the Polish-Swiss Urban Development Programme, which places great emphasis on the exchange of experience and development of bilateral partnerships.
