Traffic Management System in Koszalin

We are not slowing down at the beginning of the year. The new contracts we are implementing confirm the trust placed in us by our clients, but also provide an opportunity to put our knowledge and experience into practice and develop it further. 

Currently, at the request of the City of Koszalin, we are working on the preparation of the Functional and Utility Program (PFU) for the Traffic Management System. This project is an important element that will contribute to improving traffic flow, the safety of transport participants, and the effective management of road infrastructure.

In addition to the FUP, our experts are also responsible for developing the Terms of Reference and attachments, including, among others:

• a description of the subject of the contract,
• a draft contract with the necessary attachments,
• a sample bid form,
• a sample cost estimate,
• an analysis of needs and requirements in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law,
• proposed bid evaluation criteria, and
• an investor's cost estimate.

We make every effort to ensure that the documentation we prepare is complete, accurate, and fully compliant with applicable laws and the Ordering Party's vision.
