Cooperation with ZTM Poznań

A new city has just appeared on our map of transportation projects. We are starting cooperation with the Public Transport Authority of Poznań, for which we will provide expert services and technical consulting in connection with the implementation of the PEKA 2.0. project aimed at increasing the offer of public transport e-services. The PEKA system is an extensive and technologically advanced sales and service system that includes many modern services for passengers. It was recognized and received an award in the "Transportation" category during the industry trade fair Smart City Expo Poland 2023 in Lodz.

However, in order to meet consumer demands, to make ZTM's offer more attractive, we will modernize the PEKA system. There are many issues on the part of ThinkIt Consulting's experts, from performing an analysis of the project's assumptions, developing the technical part, description of the subject of the contract, important provisions of the contract, to developing an analysis of service use cases, developing the assumptions of the new tariff, determining the detailed scope of delivery of the required technical infrastructure and system integration requirements. In addition, an important aspect to be taken into account is the confrontation with the assumptions arising from the Plan of Sustainable Mobility of the Metropolis of Poznań until 2040 and the Strategy of Integrated Investments in the Urban Functional Area of Poznań for 2021-2027.
